This tool feeds your Cowork workspace. Dictate your Cowork task instead of typing it. Walk into your showroom and say: “Write three Instagram captions for the new cargo bike. Family focused. Save to my Content folder.” Claude receives it and delivers.

Wispr Flow lets you dictate text into any field on your Mac or iPhone. WhatsApp messages, emails, Claude prompts, product descriptions: speak it and it appears as typed text. No copy-paste, no separate app to open.

Setup

  1. Download Wispr Flow from wisprflow.ai
  2. Install and grant accessibility permissions
  3. Hold the right Option key (Mac) to start dictating, release to stop
  4. On iPhone, tap the Wispr Flow keyboard to switch to it

Why this matters for Adam Bike

At the showroom, you do not always have both hands free to type. A customer asks a question, you want to reply on WhatsApp, you are holding a bike. Wispr Flow means you speak the reply and it types itself.

The Arabic support is genuinely useful. Many customers in Dubai prefer Arabic. Dictate in Arabic and the reply comes out in Arabic.

Writing prompts for Claude is also faster when dictated. Instead of typing a long instruction, speak it. Works especially well for longer tasks like content briefs or customer email drafts.

Example uses

WhatsApp reply in the showroom[Hold Option key and speak]: "Hi, thank you for your interest. Our Opa Fiets models are available in three colors. Delivery to Dubai Marina takes 3 to 5 working days. When would you like to visit the showroom to test ride?"
Dictating a Claude prompt[Hold Option key in Claude and speak]: "Write five Instagram captions for the olive green Dutch Style 28 inch bike. Focus on the family lifestyle angle. Each caption under 120 characters. Include an emoji."

Language switching

To switch between English and Arabic mid-session: pause, switch languages in your system settings, then continue. Wispr Flow follows the active input language. Most users find it easier to keep separate sessions for each language.
